Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Licensed in good standing in Indiana; multi-state licensure a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload with minimal supervision and meet court deadlines.
• Draft and argue pleadings, including complaints, answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
• Conduct discovery, perform document reviews, and take/defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts across Indiana for hearings, mediations, and bench or jury trials.
• Provide strategic legal advice on risk assessment, case evaluation, and settlement options.
• Maintain direct communications with clients, delivering regular updates and high-quality service.
