Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of defense litigation experience, including general liability, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and vehicle liability matters.
• Experience drafting opinions, motions and legal memoranda, conducting file analysis, taking depositions, and interviewing witnesses.
• Demonstrated experience managing a rigorous caseload independently with high-quality work.
