Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Seattle seeks a Defense Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse civil defense caseload from inception through resolution in a hybrid work environment.

You will work independently and with partners to develop case strategies, maintain strong client communications, and progress to increasing responsibility as you gain trial-ready experience. The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of litigation experience with strong writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Washington.
• 2-8 years of litigation experience in civil defense matters.
• Strong analytical, writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling client communications and developing client relationships.
• Trial/arbitration/mediation experience a plus.
• Familiarity with legal project management and litigation technology is preferred.
