The role involves handling a variety of liability and insurance challenges, including insurance coverage, bad faith, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims, and employment and property disputes.

Duties

• Take depositions, attend hearings, and mediations as required.
• Draft and submit pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.

Requirements
