Responsibilities include drafting, discovery management, trial support, and deposition-related work. Candidates must have a JD and at least 4 years of civil litigation experience and be able to work

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support by drafting, analyzing, and interpreting contracts and legal documents.

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including handling electronically stored data.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide trial support.
• Perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts and agreements.
• Communicate professionally with clients.
• Conduct and assist with depositions and court hearings.
• Perform work independently to achieve client objectives.
