Job summary

Stanton | Barton LLC, a boutique defense litigation and trial firm, is seeking an Associate with a minimum of four years of defense litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri and preferably Illinois, with exceptional analytical and writing skills and experience taking and defending depositions, as well as drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate and Missouri Bar admission.
• At least four years of defense litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to take and defend depositions.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions and argue dispositive motions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and provide legal analysis.
• Deliver exceptional client service and support the practice group.
