• Illinois license preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil defense or insurance coverage litigation.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Assist in managing insurance, personal injury, premises, and transportation litigation files.
• Litigation: Defend case files from inception through trial, including depositions and drafting motions.
• Client Interaction: Prepare detailed status and trial strategy reports for clients.
• Discovery: Oversee all aspects of discovery, such as drafting and responding to interrogatories, production requests, and requests to admit.
