Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of defense litigation experience.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to take and defend depositions and handle dispositive motions.
• Proficiency in English; active Missouri Bar member; Illinois licensure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a full caseload of defense matters with independence.
• Take and defend depositions; draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare briefs, pleadings, and trial-ready materials for court.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys; mentor junior staff.
• Leverage firm’s technology and remote deposition tools to support cases.
