gpac is seeking a defense litigation attorney licensed in California to handle complex cases, including general liability matters. The role requires strong discovery and deposition skills, with exposure to motions and trial preparation.

In-court appearances across Northern or Southern California may be required. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of defense litigation experience, admission to the California Bar, and willingness to travel for mediations, arbitrations or trials as necessary.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license required.
• 3+ years of defense litigation experience.
• In-depth discovery, deposition, motion practice and trial prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery, take depositions and prepare motions.
• Assist with trial preparation and witness coordination.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations or trials when needed.
