Job summary

RGNext is seeking an IT professional to support end-user devices and network infrastructure at the RTS Operations Center in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on deploying systems via MECM, troubleshooting software, and maintaining security configurations to safeguard enclave operations.

Ideal candidates will have a 4- to 6-year track record in IT, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related discipline, or experience in lieu of education.
• Five (5) or more years of directly related Information Technology experience.
• Security+, CySA+, GICSP, or similar baseline DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01 for IAT Level II before start date and maintained afterwards.
• CE (Computer Environment) Linux+, Server+ or similar baseline DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01 for IAT Level II within 3 months and maintained thereafter.
• Ability to be self-organized and to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience fixing STIG settings on end user devices (workstation/laptop/printer).
• PowerShell or scripting experience is a plus.
• U.S. government Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship needed.
• Willing to work occasional non-duty hours or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot end user and network devices such as computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Deploy and configure end user and network devices via MECM and PXE deployments.
• Install and troubleshoot third-party software on end user devices (e.g., Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office, browsers).
• Provide touch labor services including installation, troubleshooting, software, security, patches and repair of hardware.
• Apply knowledge of Cyber Security concepts to ensure secure enclave systems operate properly.
• Process accounts including password resets, enable/disable, and overall account maintenance functions.
