Job summary

Range Generation Next is seeking a Computer Support Specialist SR to support the RTS Operations Center in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting end-user devices, and deploying devices using MECM and PXE in a DoD-aligned environment.

The candidate should have a BS in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years IT experience, and security clearance eligibility. Strong Windows skills and STIG remediation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related discipline, or experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot end user and network devices such as computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Deploy and configure end user and network devices via MECM and PXE deployments, to include computers and laptops and any other applicable hardware.
• Provide touch labor services - including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, software, security, vendor patches and repair of physical hardware.
• Apply extensive knowledge of a variety of Cyber Security field concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure the secure integration and operation of enclave systems.
• Process accounts to include password resets, enable/disable, and overall account maintenance functions.
