Job summary

Bridge Defense seeks a Technology Operations Specialist to maintain reliable IT systems, improve operational processes, and enable employees with effective technology solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, automate routine tasks, strengthen security and efficiency.

Based in Washington, DC, you will join the IST team and progressively own technology areas, helping expand the company’s infrastructure and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 2–5 years in IT infrastructure or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint management (Intune).
• Hands-on Windows/macOS, basic Linux.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and PKI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT environment reliability, security, and endpoints.
• Administer Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (GCC/GCC High).
• Manage endpoint config with Intune across OS.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access.
• Automate tasks and reporting to improve operations.
• Document processes, runbooks, and knowledge base.
• Support change management and new technology evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering to automate and improve.
