Job summary

Amyx is seeking a Program Manager to support the Defense Health Agency Contract in Reston, VA. The role encompasses project planning, scheduling, resource management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring compliance with DHA policies and instructing the team accordingly.

The PM will supervise team activities, prepare compliant products and services, and provide SME guidance on staffing rules and business processes to deliver on-time, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 credit hours in finance, business, law, contracts, purchasing, IT or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of Program/Project Management experience, with at least 5 years DoD experience.
• Ability to analyze problems, gather information, and design solutions.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and MS Office applications.
• Experience with change management and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed project planning and scheduling, updating scope and timelines as needed.
• Create and maintain detailed MS Project schedules and critical path timelines.
• Develop governance matrices (RACI) to define roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee internal Health Informatics projects from initiation to closeout.
• Maintain SME knowledge of active and upcoming branch projects and budgets.
