Job summary

Amyx, Inc. in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager to support the DHA. You will drive multi-project direction, translate procurement needs into system requirements, and manage timelines and budgets.

The role requires extensive DoD procurement experience, 5+ years in PM/estimation/planning, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's in CS/IS/Business is required, with on-site work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of the procurement business process.
5+ years in project management, estimation, and planning.
Experience with DoD programs and DHA procurement systems.

Responsibilities

Shall assist and support lead and provide technical direction involving multiple projects of high complexity with the DoD.
Utilize extensive procurement information systems experience to provide effective solutions to end-user functional, technical, user access, and training support requests for Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2), and other DoD and DHA procurement and financial systems.
Assist and support efforts directing the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
Contractor shall support a new contract writing system.
Provide support in building interfaces between systems, particularly with finance systems.
Escalate risks, issues, concerns, and recommended solutions to client.
Demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management.
