National Safety Apparel is seeking a Product Manager, Defense to lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Defense, Government, Postal, and USA Made product categories. This role translates end-user insights into prioritized opportunities and partners across functions to bring compliant, high-performance products to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelore2s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 57 years' experience in business, product, development, or marketing in B2B/B2C.
• Military and Government industry experience required.
• Willingness to travel 25-30%

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a 3-year product roadmap across Defense, Government, Postal, and Corporate USA Made categories.
• Own the new product idea pipeline from intake to launch timing and resources.
• Translate end-user and market insights into actionable product requirements.
• Engage with military personnel and field evaluators to validate product performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, sourcing, and manufacturing for pricing, planning, and go-to-market execution.
• Ensure products meet military approvals and performance standards (Berry Amendment, NIR, FR).
