Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with cross-functional leadership.
• Measurable product outcomes (growth, time reductions, cost savings).
• Engineering fluency to discuss architecture and debt.

Responsibilities

• Translate VP/CTO vision into a portfolio roadmap with KPIs linking products to goals.
• Design, implement and improve product practices across projects.
• Own product development from concept to GA, balance scope and priorities with engineering.
