Job summary

Armtec Defense Technologies in Camden, Arkansas, seeks a Business Unit Manager - Flares to lead multiple defense production programs. Qualifications

Extensive working knowledge and experience in managing defense related programs.
Strong oral and written presentation skills.
Good financial aptitude and budgeting experience.
Willingness to travel and interface with DoD customers and prime contractors.

Responsibilities

Completion of large production programs safely, on time, under budget, and compliant with requirements.
Achievement of value pricing on sales contracts.
Pursue profitable growth with Business Development and COPQ reduction support.
Mentor and develop Program Managers and interface with senior customers.
Present monthly/quarterly performance to SLT and manage financial reporting.
