The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in a defense manufacturing environment, strong technical background, and practical experience with DLA/DIBBS, DPAS, and FAR/DFARS, plus the ability to read military drawings and coordinate cross-functionally.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience at a defense manufacturer.
• Deep familiarity with DLA and DIBBS systems and DPAS & FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to read and interpret military drawings and specifications.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with production, quality, and engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own inside sales, customer service, and engineering oversight for defense product lines across the full order lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage quotes; review orders and revisions for defense program compliance.
• Oversee customer communication and expediting to ensure professional engagement at all order stages.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering to drive on-time delivery.
• Ensure adherence to defense manufacturing requirements, including first article and source inspection.
• Interpret military drawings and specifications to support manufacturing.
• Apply knowledge of DLA and DIBBS systems to manage procurement and orders.
• Ensure compliance with DPAS ratings and FAR/DFARS flow-down across programs.
