Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice seeks a Business Financial Manager on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team to advise federal stakeholders, support PPBE processes, and drive the budget cycle using ERP systems.

You will analyze fund status with Excel and ADVANA, develop PBIS reporting and executive briefings, and lead projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• 1+ years in a federal environment supporting PPBE activities
• 2+ years using ERP systems, PBIS, or ADVANA for budget execution or reporting
• Ability to travel 25% on average
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Financial Manager for a federal finance organization and advise stakeholders on financial matters.
• Support all phases of the PPBE cycle including budget exhibits, unfunded requirements, budget formulation and POM activities.
• Drive financial execution by tracking obligations and funding plans in the ERP system.
• Analyze financial data using Excel and ADVANA to review fund status and trends.
• Develop PBIS reports and executive briefings to support financial decisions.
