Job summary

Noblis, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Global Threat Reduction Directorate’s Cooperative Threat Reduction program.

This role provides daily financial oversight, manages multiple fiscal years of funding, and supports the annual POM process to strengthen budgeting and oversight. Based on site in Lorton, VA, the position requires US citizenship, an active security clearance, and the ability to work with the FM and PBMT teams to produce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and budget management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to brief senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations and manage multiple fiscal years of funding.
• Support Spend Plan development and POM inputs with Excel and briefing materials.
• Assist with monthly audits, R&A processes, and RADAR system activities.
• Reconcile data between JICAP, CTR PBMT, and other financial systems.
• Prepare year-end financial results and investment charts for senior review.
