CDMRP Finance team in Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD is seeking a Financial Analyst II to provide advanced financial reporting and analysis across all program funds. • Ability to understand and apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in financial management
• Ability to perform advanced financial transactions and provide guidance across a variety of financial transactions using financial business systems
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows
• Ability to create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and perform financial forecasting and account reconciliation
• Able to perform a variety of tasks with little to no instruction or oversight
• U.S. citizenship; able to obtain a favorable NACI and ADP III designation
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the assigned work role and level, held prior to performance, with the required computing environment (CE) certification obtained within six (6) months of appointment.]
