Job summary

Wild West Systems seeks a Business Development Manager to own growth pipelines and serve as the primary customer-facing representative for WWS products in the field.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain complex technical capabilities to audiences from operators to senior leadership.
• Comfort working autonomously in fast-moving environments with minimal supervision.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work under ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and SOCOM communities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute live product demonstrations for military and government evaluators.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships in the customer community.
• Represent Wild West Systems at field engagements, capability assessments, and experiments.
• Capture and document warfighter feedback and translate into actionable product requirements for engineering and leadership.
• Develop customer-tailored solutions briefs and demonstration scenarios aligned to unit missions.
• Support capture activities with operational context and customer insights for executives.
• Attend key industry and military events.
