Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a Project Manager for research GovCon to provide comprehensive administrative leadership for defense and federal contracts and programs in a funded environment. The role coordinates timelines, milestones, deliverables, and reporting across multiple institutional offices in support of program goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination totaling seven years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience.
• Or a combination of education and related experience to equal seven years.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative leadership and coordination for TTUHSC's defense and federal contracts and programs.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, timelines, milestones, deliverables, reporting and budgets for the program.
• Serves as a central liaison across offices (Office of Research and Innovations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT) for defense and federal activities.
