Job summary

WilliamsRDM, Inc. in Fort Worth seeks a Production Support Engineer to provide crucial on‑floor technical support, develop and maintain assembly work instructions, routings and BOMs, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to defense electro‑mechanical products, learn to apply customer specifications, research tooling, and assist in cost‑effective manufacturing while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 0-3 years experience in a production/engineering role, preferably defense.
• Familiarity with ERP and CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production teams during manufacturing.
• Develop and update assembly work instructions, routings, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to drive process improvements.
• Research tooling requirements and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
