Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of electronics or electromechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Experience using common hand tools, torque tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistent workmanship.
• Ability to complete production documentation.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision electronic and electromechanical hardware per engineering drawings, work instructions, and processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering technicians, quality inspectors, and engineers to support high-rate production.
• Maintain strict quality and traceability standards throughout production.
