Caterpillar Defense Electric Power is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic programs delivering innovative electric power solutions to the U.S. DoD, other federal agencies, and allied defense customers worldwide.

You will steer cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and contracting to ensure on‑time delivery, performance, reliability, and cost targets throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading defense or governmental programs.
• Strong background in electric power program leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑discipline programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex Electric Power programs for U.S. and international defense customers.
• Define requirements and translate them into executable program plans and deliverables.
