Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations with statistical analysis experience.
• Experience using automated warehouse management systems within recent years.
• Ability to forecast workload and adjust resources accordingly.
• Strong analytical, planning, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Distribution Center production divisions and workflows.
• Analyze performance via reports, dashboards, and data from systems.
• Identify trends, constraints, bottlenecks, and capacity issues.
• Forecast workload and direct resource adjustments to stay on schedule.
• Develop corrective action plans and support audits and controls.
• Collaborate with site managers and government counterparts.
• Prepare production reports, staffing impact analyses, and briefings.
