Job summary

Kalman and Company is seeking an experienced Supply Systems Analyst to support a Defense Logistics Agency distribution opportunity. The role focuses on warehouse workflow, receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, and transport controls in an audit-ready environment.

The analyst will examine DLA WMS transactions, system behavior, and data to identify issues, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions while coordinating with government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with DLA WMS or equivalent warehouse system in the last five years.
• Broad knowledge of supply-program relationships and distribution operations.
• Experience analyzing transactions and resolving system or procedural problems.
• Ability to conduct detailed research and present recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DLA WMS and related government data to identify issues.
• Research root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate consolidation or changes to interrelated supply-system functions.
• Assess impacts of system or process changes and communicate to users.
• Coordinate with government and contractor users to resolve problems.
• Conduct studies, data reconciliations, and transaction tracing.
• Support audit readiness and internal-control validation.
• Collaborate with government staff and other leads.
• Develop clear analyses, reports, and briefings for diverse audiences.
