Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in warehouse operations and performing statistical analysis on operations.
• At least two years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past five years.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze production performance, forecast workload, identify operational problems, and adjust resources.
• Experience coordinating multiple warehouse or distribution functions and resolving cross-functional issues.
• Strong analytical, systems, planning, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Distribution Center production divisions and align workload, staffing, storage, traffic management, and site-specific missions.
• Analyze operational performance using reports, dashboards, data, and collaboration with leaders.
• Forecast workload and recommend resource adjustments to maintain timely, accurate performance.
• Lead root-cause analysis, performance recovery, and continuous process improvement.
• Prepare operational analyses, staffing-impact assessments, production reports, schedules, and leadership briefings.
