CHAOS Industries seeks a Digital Content and Social Media Manager to own and grow our website and organic social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and more. Translate product launches, press releases, events, and milestones into content that builds credibility with government, defense, and industry audiences.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Design and Communications to keep digital output timely, on-brand, and consistent. This role requires Washington, D.C.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a communications or related field.
• 3–6 years in digital content and/or social media management, preferably B2B or defense.
• Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Strong writing with ability to land with technical/executive/government audiences.
• Experience handling sensitive info and following published review processes.
• Experience turning press coverage and events into ongoing social content.
• Proficiency with social scheduling/analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently in early months from Washington, D.C. area.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow CHAOS' website content strategy and editorial standards.
• Refresh content and develop material that aligns with brand and priorities.
• Improve content visibility via SEO, AEO, and GEO practices.
• Review and ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Lead a community of practice to empower contributors and maintain channel effectiveness.
• Analyze website performance and propose user journey improvements.
• Own social media strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram.
• Repurpose press, executive commentary, product content, and event moments into posts.
• Manage daily publishing, engagement, and monitoring across channels.
• Coordinate assets with MarCom and create platform-native content.
• Coordinate coverage at events and product launches; track performance metrics.
• Monitor industry and press conversations for timely engagement.
