Istari Digital is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own program outcomes end-to-end, embedding with government and industry customers to determine priorities and prove value through milestones and demonstrations.

You will carry the Program Manager designation on major federal programs, coordinate with a small team of Forward Deployed Engineers, and lead critical reviews while shaping growth opportunities and field-informed product improvements.

Qualifications

• Own the outcome of customer programs with no formal authority.
• Ability to navigate government/industry stakeholders and programs.
• Experience with system modeling, MBSE, and digital threads is advantageous.
• Strong product intuition to differentiate essential vs. optional requests.
• Comfort briefing program executives and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program outcomes from inception to delivery.
• Embed with government and industry customers to understand mission and constraints.
• Serve as named Program Manager on major federal programs and commitments.
• Set direction for a Forward Deployed Engineering team and protect their time.
• Shape growth opportunities: option years, expansions, and follow-ons.
• Incorporate field learnings into product and platform improvements.
• Travel to customer sites and milestones, typically domestic.
