Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to tackle defense and data challenges. You will analyze data, create dashboards with PowerBI, and translate complex information into user-friendly documents for a global audience.

With 8+ years of experience, you will support process improvements, develop guides, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on a DoD program. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with dashboards and data analysis tools (PowerBI preferred).
• US Citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data from managers and employees, collects procedures and forms.
• Analyzes data and translates it into work process diagrams or reports.
• Reviews workflows and develops recommendations for process improvements, including automation.
• Develops guidance documentation for new or revised processes and ensures end-user readability.
• Submits recommendations to management for review and updates processes before publication.
• Identifies business processes for immediate and long-term development and sets priorities.
• Monitors status of implemented processes and supports solutions.
• Keeps abreast of relevant technologies and performs additional duties as needed.
• Provides project management consultation on tasks and timelines.
• Prepares plans, schedules, status reports and evaluations.
