Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Charlottesville, VA site is seeking a Business Management Analyst - Cost Control to support cost reporting for Inertial Navigation programs. You will interface with program managers, CAMs and business managers to provide financial support and analysis, including cost data, PMB, EAC, and earned value management tasks.

Required is a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business-adjacent field from an accredited institution with 2+ years of financial work experience.
Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry.
Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis.
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
Experience with Tableau and SAP.

Responsibilities

Support cost reporting for the Inertial Navigation programs under the Maritime Systems & Integration Operating Unit.
Interface with program managers, CAMs and business managers to provide financial support and analysis.
Analyze cost data to prepare program financial reports related to cost incurrence, material tracking and labor expenses.
