Job summary

MORSE Corp seeks a Contract Specialist to join our Business Operations team in Cambridge, MA. You will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements, coordinating with program managers and chief engineers to ensure compliance and timely delivery across the DoD and defense primes.

The role requires 3+ years in defense contracts management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

3+ years in defense contracts management and/or procurement.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
Experience reviewing, redlining, and managing NDAs, subcontracts, and contract modifications.
Experience with ERP systems (JAMIS, Deltek, Unanet).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Manage cradle-to-grave administration of diverse contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M).
Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, software licenses, and standard contract terms.
Analyze RFPs and contract documents for FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance.
Coordinate with program managers and chief engineers to ensure contract milestones and delivery schedules.
Serve as point of contact for government contracting officers and primes.
Coordinate with finance for invoice submittals and funding tracking.
Support GFP/GFE tracking and contract closeout activities.
