This hands-on role collaborates with senior leadership to manage contract lifecycles, strengthen compliance, and advise across the business. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in defense contracting, deep FAR/DFARS/ITAR knowledge, and security-clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contracts and compliance experience in the U.S. defense industry.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR and related processes.
• Security clearance eligible; independent work in a fast-paced small business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts and subcontracts.
• Interpret and apply federal requirements; translate into policies and controls.
• Maintain and improve the company’s compliance program and audit readiness.
