Job summary

JMA Resources is seeking an experienced Head of Contracts to lead the Contracts function and serve as the senior SME for federal contracting and acquisition matters. This director-level role will manage federal prime contracts and subcontracts, support commercial and technology-related agreements, and advise leadership on risk and compliance.

Work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across Business Development, Delivery, Finance, Technology, and outside counsel; help shape

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years federal government contracts experience.
• Experience with DoD and federal prime contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal contracts & subcontracts throughout lifecycle.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS and compliance.
• Support audits, government reviews, and contract records.
• Develop acquisition strategy and teaming opportunities.
• Develop contracts policies, templates, and processes.
