Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to climb, squat and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic and CNC machinery to shape metal and perform basic machining.
• Inspect parts using CNC equipment and various tools to ensure tolerances.
• Use hand tools for fabrication or assembly as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move components in the plant.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
