Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager to design, document, and deploy compliant processes for defense-grade supply chains. You will own end-to-end workflows, map current-state processes with stakeholders, and drive remediation to audit-ready status.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to embed compliance into daily operations, ensuring traceability and repeatability across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, operations, compliance, or process design in regulated environments.
• Experience designing and deploying new processes end-to-end.
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced setting.
• U.S. Person status due to export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance process development from discovery to deployment.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to map current-state and future-state processes.
• Identify gaps and control weaknesses; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Lead deployment, training, and adoption tracking with change management.
• Support audit readiness and government assessments with complete documentation.
