The Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager is a hands-on builder within the Supply Chain Program Development team who designs, documents, and deploys the compliance processes that allow our supply chain to operate in a defense environment. This role requires someone who can take ambiguous regulatory and contractual requirements—FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, and customer flow-downs—and partner with subject matter experts to translate them into clear, executable workflows that withstand internal review, customer scrutiny, and government audit. You'll own complete compliance workstreams from discovery through implementation—conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping current-state processes, identifying gaps and control weaknesses, designing future-state solutions, and leading the deployment and change management efforts required to make them stick. This isn't a policy writing role. You'll work directly with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure compliance is embedded into how we actually work, not just how we say we work. The Compliance Project Manager collaborates closely with Program Managers, Supply Chain leadership, Legal, and Contracts to transform regulatory obligations into documented, auditable, and repeatable business processes. You'll build the artifacts that prove compliance—compliance matrices, control documentation, desk guides, training materials, and audit readiness packages.
$99,000—$130,000 USD
