Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, California seeks a Strategic Supply Chain, Industrial Base Operations leader to architect, implement, and govern defense priority frameworks across procurement and ERP workflows. You will safeguard material availability and accelerate delivery timelines while aligning policy with shop-floor execution.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, Engineering, and Government Relations to embed DPAS and related requirements into ERP/MRP, CLM, and BI

Qualifications

• Experience with defense priority allocation frameworks (e.g., DPAS).
• Experience deploying defense priority requirements in ERP/MRP systems (SAP/NetSuite/Oracle).
• Ability to translate policy into actionable processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead defense priority governance and operational execution with cross-functional partners.
• De-risk strategic commodities and apply priority ratings across programs.
• Create a centralized data repository for commodities, program allocations, and risks.
• Ensure flow-down requirements are reflected on POs and supplier commitments.
• Embed priority logic into ERP, MRP, P2P, CLM, and BI dashboards.
• Deliver executive reporting on rating coverage and material exposure.
• Set annual supply priorities and mature the operating posture.
• Translate defense regulations into SOPs, templates, and training.
