Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking a technically skilled Specialist to assist the Pacific Beach Network Administrator in maintaining telecommunication systems for range operations. The role requires flexibility for non-standard hours and extended weeks to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include operation, maintenance, and installation of telecom equipment, daily testing of DRMS and radios, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN components. A Secret clearance and Security+ certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 1 year with Masters; or HS + 7 years relevant experience.
• Security Clearance: active Secret clearance.
• Security+ certification.
• Experience with voice and data communication systems and administration of network systems.
• Familiarity with RF communications equipment and data links.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and install telecommunication and related systems supporting range operations.
• Perform tasks independently per project objectives.
• Daily testing and operation of DRMS, UHF/VHF radios, SKL, MIDS, JTRS.
• Troubleshoot and repair network-based and RF systems; inspect connections and cabling.
