Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Architect to accelerate the U.S. War Department business within the AWS World Wide Public Sector.

You will own technical engagements, define implementations, and work with customers and SI partners to deliver secure cloud architectures using AWS services. Ideal candidates have strong design/consulting experience, deep security knowledge, and a background in defense industry solutions, with current Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years design/implementation/consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years in technology domains (cloud, security, networking, data).
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and success around implementation projects.
• Define architectures, respond to RFPs, and develop AWS-based solutions.
• Lead security considerations for customer applications and services.
