Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a strategic role in a high-velocity environment.
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals, winning programs, and forming high-value partnerships.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building a function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government contracting and sales strategies.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across defense and commercial maritime sectors.
• Engage senior stakeholders from defense primes and government entities.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders

Understanding of defense procurement pathways

Ability to travel regularly

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

MBA or advanced degree preferred
