The internship emphasizes mentorship, training, and the chance to build practical skills in a dynamic defense environment. On-site, full-time summer program spanning ten weeks.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a certification or degree program for Business, Aviation, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Action oriented.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Aptitude to quickly learn new processes as required.
• Collaborative personality.

Responsibilities

• Support order placement through delivery within the Defense segment of the business.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals requiring quotations for cost, schedule, weight, certification, etc.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and service instructions to ensure accuracy of spares information.
• Generate documents as necessary of spares materials changes for communication to customers.
• Communicate with management to keep them informed of status of customer issues affecting delivery schedules.
• Interact with SAP, PowerBI, and other data sources to analyze and interpret supply and demand signals, and provide inventory analysis.
