Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a production technician or equivalent post-secondary degree/applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity suite software.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking.
• Willingness and desire to learn and grow.
• Physically able to repetitively lift up to 12 pounds and stand/walk for a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Reject validation for visual mechanical defects on packages and equipment sustaining and programming tasks across defect metrology tools.
• Evaluate and disposition problem product lots that fail defect inspection.
• Image defects using SEM to characterize observed defects.
• Initiate and participate in scrapped product corrective action procedures.
• Assist Engineering leads in equipment restriction and qualification tasks.
• Assist in creating defect inspection tool recipes.
• Operate semiconductor defect metrology tools (SEM, AIT, KLA SP1, EV300, 1X).
• Respond to tool issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
