• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and processing techniques (lithography, etch, CMP, thin films, plating).

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain metrology systems for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with equipment development, operations, automation, and manufacturing teams to improve yield and product integrity.
• Develop methods to analyze big data sources for yield modeling and process roadmaps.
• Transform manufacturing data into yield improvement actions.
• Execute new product introductions and design of experiments.
• Develop AI/ML applications to improve patterning solutions.
