Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Defect Metrology Technician to support inline metrology and defect analysis in a high-tech fabrication environment. You will work with advanced metrology tools to monitor defects, gather data, and drive process improvements across Yield and Metrology teams, contributing to world-class production.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include at least one of: HS diploma with 3+ years hands-on experience or 2+ years in related equipment maintenance role or 1+ year with an Associate degree in STEM.
• 2+ years’ experience with user level computer operation.
• Preferred: Military experience and knowledge of semiconductor metrology.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed defect analysis using advanced metrology tools (CD, overlay, film thickness, stress, bow).
• Identify defects per criteria and metrics.
• Calibrate and maintain metrology equipment for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Yield/Defect Metrology Engineering to drive process improvements.
• Document results and communicate findings to peers and managers.
• Support Fab objectives and participate in continuous improvement.
