Job summary

ISN Corp. seeks a Default Servicing Manager to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. You will lead default servicing personnel, oversee delinquency, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections, and ensure guidelines compliance.

You will analyze loan data, manage complex cases, coordinate with legal and operations, and report to program leadership. Join a leadership-focused team delivering critical government services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory loan operations or mortgage servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage default servicing.
• Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and other government/investor loan guidelines.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy, collections, and applicable federal/state regulations.
• Working knowledge of FDCPA, SCRA, and UCC requirements.
• Experience with mortgage servicing systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, risk management, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex delinquent and non-performing loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes involving delinquency, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with applicable investor and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks and trends.
• Analyze financial and loan-level data to support servicing decisions.
• Resolve complex and escalated non-performing loan issues.
• Coordinate with legal, servicing, compliance, and operational teams.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations and reporting to program leadership.

ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Default Servicing Manager to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program.

The position will provide leadership to default servicing personnel and oversee processes involving delinquency management, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, collections, and other default-related activities. The manager will analyze complex loan situations, evaluate risk, support appropriate resolutions, and ensure servicing activities are conducted in accordance with applicable guidelines.
