First Citizens Bank is seeking aHybrid role that supports in portfolio management of problem loans. You will underwrite and execute debt restructuring while maintaining detailed credit analysis and portfolio oversight.

The ideal candidate has experience with credit policy, risk ratings, and bank systems, plus the ability to navigate complex lending products and workout strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma with 3 years in Credit Training or Financial Analysis.
• Experience with credit analysis, restructuring and portfolio monitoring.
• Ability to review credit quality and risk ratings across multiple product types.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting: review portfolios for credit quality and policy exceptions; prepare CLS/CLR packages.
• Reporting/Portfolio Management: maintain credit files, monitor past dues, prepare underwriting packages.
• Knowledge of Credit Policy, Risk Rating Matrices, and Bank systems; navigate multiple bank systems.
• Knowledge of Lending Products and Restructuring; may manage less complex accounts and negotiate solutions.
