Freeform is building AI-native manufacturing systems to unify software, hardware, and physics for industrial-scale parts. We seek a Technical Recruiter to drive full-desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent for deeply technical roles.

You will partner with leadership, support university recruiting, and shape hiring practices to raise standards. Onsite role at our Hawthorne, CA facility with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience in software, machine learning, mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, hosting onsite interviews, running interview debriefs, managing offer processes, and closing.
• Provide a high-touch experience with stakeholders and candidates while keeping the pipeline active for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Meet with teammates and leadership to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Expand talent acquisition through tech talks, external events, and other avenues to reach top talent.
• Collaborate on employer branding strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze data, track metrics, and develop ways to raise hiring standards.
